    Toast- apricot jam as ate all the other - and cold coffee. I keep forgetting to drink it and easier cold than trekking back to the kitchen.

    Toast . rather fine half price granary bread, with butter and apricot jam.... Al I had y'day was half a sandwich, milk and a slice of lemon cake so today will stock up! Fridge is stuffed! All half price...
