A neighbour left in a bowl of his eggs this morning, so three soft fried eggs with our own potatoes. Simple and delicious.

Popped into Lidl today and noticed they have the Chef Select range back in. Grabbed some boneless beef ribs in a smoky sauce, a small beef brisket in ale gravy and a lamb shank in red wine and rosemary sauce. Has anyone tried this range and what am I in for? Only 12 quid for the lot.

The Pork medallions were excellent. Washed them down with a pint of blackcurrant and ice. Home now. Work done for the week. A bottle of Rockshore.

Mushroom omelette, cooked at all stages in butter, with a few cocktail sausages scattered over it.. Good thing I don't shop every week with all the amazing offers. ;)

Didn't have much today bar cereal and toast for breakfast and mid morning coffee and biscuits. We don't do dinner on Saturdays so might have poached eggs with beans for tea. In fact, that's just what I'll do.
