Also rumoured they want Neymar, Hazard, Salah and Mbappe.. so bale would certainly be surplus to requirements and would fund such a move

Best of luck to them on that, they'd need at least €700 million to do those moves!

Well publicised that both he and Martial got less time after Alexis arrived.

Iirc, as far as Martial goes, this was pretty much shown not to be true. While there might have been a slight decrease, iirc there wasn't much....

    Fellas,

I have taken my medicine and I undertake not to post in as provocative a manner going forward.

I love Manchester United, as do all of us I guess. Being banned made me reflect on that and I will work on my posting style.

That is all. Now get on with some signings Edward!

    Thanks,

    AB

So a ban isn't a ban anymore? This place gets better and better.

bans generally have a expiry, unless it is a permenant ban (obviously). I have been banned a couple of times for small time frames.

I reckon people should just accept it and move on Discussing it will just cause needless hassle and agro.

certainly seems that way or it wasn't enforced..

a couple of days is not a ban at all. think i got a one month ban and served longer

Nothing to see is the best approach it seems Mitch

    Mitch that's bullsh1t mate.

So basically a poster can come in on a windup and is asked never to post in the thread again and then respond to that by been disrespectful to be mod that told him it to post again and have a go at every one in the thread and then come back days later saying oh i am sorry lets move on.

Sorry Mitch you and I know that this thread has lost some excellent posters over the past few years because of bullsh1t like that.

The thread has gone to sh1te because people are allowed get away with antagonizing the regular posters and get away with it but it's not aloud happen in most other superthread.

Fuk that sh1t there are either rules or not what's the point having mods if they don't give a toss about fairly modding a thread.

As I said, working on memory.

Any chance someone can throw up a percentage of minutes played before and after Sanchez signing then for the players, out of curiosity?

Trying to move past the Sanchez ruined Martial "debate" 4.0 and moderation "issues"

Lee Grant appears to be trying to cut off bloodflow to his hands on his first day?

    Joel's band aren't that tight.

But what is b1tching about it in here gonna do? Bring it up to the mods etc directly. He got punished by the mods, served that punishment and is now back - if he gets another red then maybe next time it is forever. The mods made a decision and its done with.

also, maybe just a poor way of phrasing it, but I don't like regulars being specified there - shouldn't be any protection or similar afforded to regulars.

    Haha

Dunno how true it is but guy on reddit said it IS actually trying to reduce bloodflow to numb the hands to stop his hands feeling pain (presumably from shots faced), but surely that would then limit him catching the feckin ball no?

I assume it is to strengthen the wrists against repetive impact of shot saves - so Grant cold be tighter for 2 reasons.

    1. Personal preference.
    2. Being older, gone through years more of football/training stress - he needs to help his body more

I did this before. Martial pre-Sanchez played about 55% of minutes, post Sanchez he played about 34%.

spent a bit of time in nets and with the padding the gloves have in them there's no need for that kinda stopping the hands from feeling the pain thing. Wrapping your wrists is more to maintain a strong wrist and forearm rather than a limp numbed hand. It stops the wrist from being floppy and flailing when stopping shots.

I never asked for protection Mick but we have too much of all this new accounts and people coming in and clearly loking for reactions and not been punished.

I have brought it up with mods and I have pointed it out here now too because what happens is it just gets ignored until next time he starts calling people names and cliques and is not punished again then.

strongly linked to Liverpool though, hasn't he been? Don't think there have been any links to us.

If we are in for him i hope he isn't mates with Martial!

We should ask if Fellaini was sold or signed a new contract...
