FedEX doesnt do the job

    Hi,

    I would like to share my experience with FedEx. In past 2 months I ordered several packages coming from US. Express delivery. First one by FedEx express delivery was delivered after 3,5 weeks! another 2 supposed to come on friday, on monday I call CS and was told it could not been delivered as they were missing my phone number, which is lie because the Eshop would not process the order. Next day i was calling again and they told me nobody was on the place. Another lie I am working on delivery address. Next day just 1 package from 2 came and I called again. I was promised they will find out what will happen and come back to me. Nobody called. today I spent time again on phone call and they told me they will investigate what happened. I asked several times for refund but they just said, no refund on our policy we dont care.

    Any idea what I can do with this? Express delivery is not 3 weeks when they advertise 4 days

    Did you pay for the shipping, or did the shipper pay FedEx? if the shipper paid, there is nothing you can do except complain to the shipper.

    Unfortunately to the E-shop... I complained them as well they tried to do something with that as well but fed ex dont care at all

    Ask the shop to use a different courier, if they won't find a new retailer.
