Satellite Dish - Timber Frame House

Hi, looking for some advice. Sky installer has installed the dish in the incorrect room. Problem is he has bored a hole through the kitchen wall of a timber frame house. I need to get the dish removed and the hole he has bored repaired. How do I go about fixing this? Thanks in advance.

The key issue here id to restore the airtightness layer on the inside face of the wall to stop damp air getting into the fabric of the house and condensing in the insulation: depending on the construction, it may be a bit more difficult than it seems.
