Delonghi 2800 problem

Hi, I've done a descaled and also followed the air blockage info on the delonghi website. However I'm only getting a few drops out for the coffee and it then fails with the red light for the water. The steamer dispenses the water no problems. Anyone know how I can get the coffee working again? Cheers! Its a bean to cup by…

Had same problem as I took out water holder while it was going through coffee spin, got airlocked. Had to go through the whole commissioning thing again step by step until it worked.

It wasn't an air lock it was the infuser part was totally blocked up between the 2 steel plates so gave them a good soak and scrub and works a wonder again. Back on the coffee buzz
