We made cauliflower mash in our diabetic cooking class last month, along with baked kale crisps - so good!

****faced sounds good to me. This weekend is the first in years where I'm home alone. :D Football and pints are done. Despite eating a great lunch, I have the munchies.

Stuffed with hotdogs, burgers, brownies, strawberry filled pastries, various red wines, coffee, and any other nibbles at a BBQ birthday party today. Picking and nibbling all afternoon.

Chicken fillet covered in mushrooms and onions, chips and a spicy sauce on the side. The sauce is my home version of Szechuan. Dip, smother, cover, whatever. More beer too!

A fish and chips from a chip van in deepest South Kerry. The fish was alive at lunchtime, in my belly at teatime. Yum.

Blackjacks, had them in the freezer for a few days. They're addictive just like I remembered them to be.

A fresh packet now for the penalties.
