In fairness Fionn is a good liking to Emmet!

    He does.

Bit more realistic than having us believe that Jack came out of Carol and Louie.

They are obsessed with Jack and giving him comics Jesus the poor lad must have thousands of them at this stage

I did see Bewear from Pokémon on the back of one of them that made me chuckle

Snarler to Yates: Do you get slagged because of who I am? You know Im Billy Meehans wife right? You know Lorcan was me son right? Im Billy Meehans widow, im well hard me, I have gangland connections.

Sweet Jesus, she has the easiest job in the country:

    1. Light a Fag
    2. Snarl at locals
    3. Mention her gangland connections
    4. Meet a new person who turns out to be in some way connected to Meehan
    5. Drive away man with her snarling and drinking

    Repeat steps 1-5 FOREVER. :confused::rolleyes::rolleyes::confused:

What’s Carol problem with Yates? I don’t understand

What’s Carol problem with Yates? I don’t understand

She drives every man out of town eventually with her alcoholism and snarling accusations of men being pigs, all the same etc all the while smoking her cigarette and swanning around making reference to a dead gangster from 17 years ago.

Id love to see an episode where SHE is driven out of town at last, complete joke of a character.

After watching all the females in tonight's show. Carol is easily the best actress. Let's give credit where credits due. !

That barbecue, on a working Tuesday afternoon, with live 'entertainment', in the tiny back yard, attracted a huge crowd of neighbours, obviously with great musical taste. Cass, banging a saucepan lid, reminded me of a young Paul Mcartney.
Damo, with the big thick head on him, showed up and joined in a chorus . And of course, the three old fogeys, Cass, Bella, and Charlie put in an appearance. Not so much Last of the Summer Wine as Last of the Summer 'Whine'.

And why did Cass ask for an empty beer can when he was asked to fix that dodgey-looking Lidl barbecue thingy. Now, I'm not a qualified metallurgist, but for the life of me, I can't figure out how an empty Dutch Gold can could help to ignite a charcoal fire.
But sure what would I know?

Poor little Jack, eh? When the child child wakes up in the morning, he doesn't have a clue who's going to be babysitting him all day. In the last week alone, he's had Robbie, Nora, Jane, and now Det. Insp. Steve all watching over him at different times.
Does he keep a poster on his wall to remind him?
Day _ Wednesday... Date_4th July... Time 8.45...Babysitter _Who the fcuk knows?

On Tuesday, Kerri-Anne asked Decco if she could stay at his house while her cousin paints her room.
Now I'm not a professional painter, but even I know that in this hot weather, a new coat of paint would take a maximum of four hours to dry. But in Carrigstown, no doubt it will take till the end of August. And then a second coat should be ready by October, and by then it'll be nearly Christmas and sure she might as well stay put.....

Wayne, ( obviously an expert in Employment Laws and Rights ) to Kerri-Ann : You can go back and tell Decco that he no longer works for me. Tell him he's finished and he can come and pick up his last wages on Friday."

We could actually tell just by way Kerri-Anne's crazed eyes bored into the back of Wayne's thick skull that she was thinking to herself, "Now where did I leave that fcukin' little red screwdriver?"

I don't see him listed as part of the cast.

    What part did he play?

I see he's not listed. I wonder is my memory playing tracks - I thought he was one of the main character's friends.

I always laugh out loud at your posts on Carol .........because I agree.
You have her down to a tee .......every time I look at her the word “snarl” comes into my head thanks to your posts ! She actually curls her lip .

She’s a one trick pony and I don’t get how she attracts so many men - she’s pure rough !

Was it Johnny? I remember him sending his retired mother to report Eoghan for claiming while working.

He might have gone the same way as poor Michael for doing that :(

I don't care what Sharon Collins thinks. I really don't want images of Leo and Hayley together in my head

As she was with Paul last night she may well have caught the Doyle bug from him.

I'm sure Yvonne, Louise and the rest would love another little brother/sister to play with.

Loved when Kerriann said "if Deco is doing something illegal you'd better tell me" How funny is this coming from Kerriann the murderer.

I know RTE are on a budget, but did anyone else notice when Carol and Jane were talking in the kitchen, behind Carol, the 'tiles' on the wall between the top and bottom cupboards was actually lino? I'm almost 100% sure. :D

Ah here what's wrong with a bit of lino on the wall? Fancy pants with your fancy tiles.

The Collins family are fast becoming as annoying as the Carters are in Eastenders, they really add nothing to it.

Yer man out with the garden shears pretending he was trimming the leaves when we all could see he was cutting nothing.

She also told Wayne he was a good business man. Christ give me hope.
