Hi - just moving to Dublin and looking for a new GP.

Any recommendations for a GP that isn't afraid to answer detailed questions from health savvy patients?

    Hypochondriac googlers in other words?

GPs are obliged to be direct and open with their patients, but trust is a two way street, they aren't bound to deal with hypotheticals.

I would consider I have a good relationship with my male GP, we are of a similar vintage and background, but I wont be mentioning who he is.

Considering there so many scandals around peoples illness'es being missed, I think its a bit short sighted to assume the a medical professional is always right and not to question it.
