Mbappe I'd take in a heart beat but I dont see why PSG would sell him. Surely he'd be the last player they'd sell.

Also talk last summer that he rejected overtures from. United cause he didn't want to play in a Jose side, felt the style wouldn't suit him.

If PSG did sell him he'd be off to City or Madrid, 100% imo.

Midfield 3 of france is very strong.

Along with mbappe and griezmann, they have every chance to win the tournament

Mercado is a headcase. Thought he was gunna thump the assistant and then that tackle.

Drogba waxing lyrical about him on the BBC.

I think its a real shame the extent to which this thread has denigrated Felliani's ability on the ball. Another few days and he will have morphed into nothing more than a basketball hoop, something that the manager can place up front and ask the real footballers to try and hit.

He is no Paul Scholes, and in some of his sporadic, irregular appearances last season he may have looked rusty on the ball but Felliani is a far better footballer than he is being given credit for. Certainly more than good enough for the role he is being asked to play.

Rubbish. He’s a Tony Cascarino-esque hatchet man with negligible talent and negligible ability. He’d be a cult hero if he played for Ireland, Celtic, or Stoke, but for a club like ours that aspires to be the best it’s an abomination that he plays for us. Real fans are dead right to want to see the back of him. But lest we forget, this thread is full of snowflakes who prefer to pretend that everything is great rather than critically analyse the club that they purport to love.

    Rubbish.

A quote and a summary both.

I can happily say I am delighted he is staying. I was delighted we signed him, I was disgusted when our fans booed him. Are "real" fans the ones who booed him?

Tbf we should probably have the likes of Kroos/Kante as our back-up back-up, I mean thats totally realistic right?

No, booing him or posting bile on Twitter is not the behaviour of real fans.

That doesn’t change the fact that he’s unworthy of playing for Manchester United though.

Maybe if he got his own emoji and changed his hair every other game he would get more support !

Wonder will it make Jose go back to 4-2-3-1 and then let Lingard/Mata able to play their best position?

France played 4-3-3 today. Matudi and kante cover some amount of ground

Matuidi again was noticeably higher up the pitch than Pogba and kante playing as a left sided attacker.. you are seeing whatever you want to see.. but you are wrong here

Yea but it wasnt a 4-2-3-1. He wasnt playing as a winger. It was still a 4-3-3 formation

I thought some of Pogba's passing was sublime today, and all in all he can be happy with his performance. I would say though that the midfield he was up against was no great shakes and that the French midfield looked comfortable all game.

On a side, looking at Messi's body language during the game, especially when behind, and he does look like he doesn't have much hunger or passion for the national side. It's like that party you've been forced to go to, but would rather be at home.

As Deschamps has regularly played them. But facts are clearly irrelavant.
