I think Madrids overhaul is such that splashing out 100M on a keeper isn't an option imo. Far greater problems further out the field. 17pts to make up on a Barca side who won't be sitting on their hands either. I'm not too upright about De Gea, if he was unhappy it'd have leaked out before now. Navas isn't a bad keeper anyway.

Im not accounting minutes played. Or position played. also Mata has a decent record in european appearances for us in last three seasons.

Not really, WC is all about great goals being scored which this one has lacked so far. Shaquiri scored a great one, because the pass was suplime. 1 person said it in no doubt having the laugh. Would love to hear what these certain fans have to say though, might be some thinking behind their logic

Absolutely love Tierney but Celtic would be holding onto him any means possible. He recently signed a contract keeping him at Celtic until 2023. The man lives and breathes Celtic and is quick becoming a household name.

We discussed the possibility of him during last window and would love him at United, he has the right attitude it would appear to fight for a place, but at the same time I think for his career at 21 the best option would be to stay another season at Celtic improving.

I don’t think staying at Celtic would really benefit him at all. Yes, he might improve in the Scottish league but that means nothing when players move to England. If he was playing for a lower league PL team I’d agree with you that he should probably stay and develop a bit more. But at Celtic he isn’t going to learn anything that will benefit him when he comes up against top players on a weekly basis when he does move. There is no guarantee whatsoever that Celtic will qualify for the Champions League group stage. Maybe if they don’t qualify then clubs will make a move for him.

Very good finishing top notch. With the chances they had in second half I reckon he could easy of had 4.

You could see he loves ball been played threw on the ground for him instead long balls. Hope That United can improve on this next season.

If that is a current pic of Shaw, which it probably is, that just says it all. Players are entitled to holidays and to let loose for a bit, but not let themselves go. Rooney got away with it on occasion because he was Wayne Rooney and was helping United win titles. Shaw is still unproven and really shouldn't be so out of shape at any point until he actually does something consistently on the pitch.

He gave his all to get into shape 3 years ago, it seems that was all he had in the tank. It's disappointing to see him apparently now resemble a tank. Even though I think he has talent and a professional future somewhere else, I'll be baffled if he's still with us for next season.

Id say batsauyi (spl?) Could do the job for them up front. If Lukaku has a knock id rather he didnt play and be fully fit for the next round.

That squad is sick, what was mertens release clause again, someone posted it and its very low. Im suprised clubs are not all over him, even though he's 30 can still do it.

I'd like to see how there best team does against a better test so I hope everyone is fit for England match.
