Court, protection order

I'm trying to apply for barring order.
I first step went to my local district court filling the form.. Lady/Clerk there was so not nice and gave me feeling like I'm the bad in this case because couldn't understand why I need to travel so far from my town to court, I try to explain her how it's difficult for me to do it, basically she said like I'm joking and don't really want protection.. Leaving in Youghal Co.Cork. She sent me to Clonmel, Cashel Co.Tipperary.. Without car and nobody who look after my child was impossible me to go there..
This is my question it is possible to apply for this order straight to circuit Court in my area Co.Cork, call them and explained situation? Don't want dealing with this woman again..

Sorry maybe gonna sound stupid but don't really know. I'm looking now for circuit Court sitting. South Eastern Circuit Tipperary dates, Cork Area also looks like where this same times..
Sorry dealing with everything now and maybe don't think clearly.
But still from Cork to Tipperary everybody suprise including women from Clonmel court when I called yesterday trying to explain situation. She ask me why all the way here..

I think see clearly that Cork Area (family) have perfect days 18 may - 20 July.. Maybe I'm really stupid still don't get it there is not even Cashel where I could go to.. Can't travel 3/4 hours, she didn't understand thyobody couldn't help me and my son
Anyway thanks for help.
But most important part. Can apply for this order straight to court in Cork or even now in Midleton what is just 20 min away? Need to go again to "fantastic" youghal clerk and waiting for her "help"?
Make it clear I just fill it out form and should bring to court whetre couldn't make it
