Enquiring for a friend, is 7.5k a reasonable quote? Five bedrooms, no zoning, 1.5 bathriom, basic lighting. it includes cooker point, fridge freezer, and washing machine points and wiring for boiler thermostat, three double sockets in each room, fire alarms. rooms already emptied out and floor boards lifted.

Sounds quite cheap to be honest. Although obviously none of us have seen it.
What part of the country is it in?

OK. Have you had other quotes in order to ascertain that this quote is not too cheap for it to be done correctly?

Price sounds good, without seeing specs and drawings it’s obviously hard to actually tell but certainly doesn’t sound like a rip off.
