Not looking too good for us.

    I suppose we'll go Z

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 35,024 ✭✭✭✭Baggly

What Z is a municipality in the Netherlands, in the province of North Holland: formed in 1974?

First thought, it might be Zeeland, pretty sure that's a place in holland

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 35,024 ✭✭✭✭Baggly

Sorry....had to make a minor alteration to the question. It shouldnt have been 'port', it should have been 'municipality'.

Can't think of anything else.... You got anything Molly

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,941 ✭✭✭osh

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 6,849 ✭✭✭Mollyb60

Yeah I'd go with Zeeland also. First thing that popped into my head.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,941 ✭✭✭osh

    ZEELAND

    Incorrect.

    Yellows, your chance to steal.

This is not in the best interests of my team but you have a free go with no negative consequences. Why wouldn't you just give it a go?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,384 ✭✭✭Guffy

    ZWOLLE

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 35,024 ✭✭✭✭Baggly

    Incorrect.

I would have accepted Zaandam or Zaanstad; because the Dutch are weird and i think both are fine.

Yellows, you are up and this could potentially be a game winning block.

T for the game (hopefully) - thanks!

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 35,024 ✭✭✭✭Baggly

What T refers to the Mongolian and Turkish tribes who overran Asia and much of Eastern Europe in the Middle Ages.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 45,086 ✭✭✭✭Basq

Couldn't be Turks, could it? Is that too obvious?

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 8,384 ✭✭✭Guffy

    Tartar

Although i dont think its technically correct.

I assume Pter is reffering to the rise of the Khans but i belie e the tartars were a tribe Gengus defeated early in his rise. The Tartar name used to refer to the Mongols was a generic term used by Europeans to describe the Steppe people.

But i could be way wrong also :/

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 21,038 ✭✭✭✭beakerjoe

Turks was my first thought but that cant be right.

Id follow Guffy on this one
