I think the City manager need so to be tested for EPO and have his fridge searched for blood bags... Winning that many leagues that easy and with aging squad... Somehings not right

Yeh I get what you are saying but even something like 40 first team players plus youths should account for that and it comes back to judging who best likely to progress rather than hoarding everyone.

It is however unlikely to happen as it would be difficult to enforce regardless

Would make the game fun again. There would be enough players to go round then for all teams and would actually entice new and former managers into the game world.

There doesn't seem to be the same want for it amongst the longer term members so cant see it happening. Would need an overwhelming majority in favour for it to work because even of just 4 or 5 managers dont engage then it is completely pointless
