Want to buy a new unlocked phone in Dublin city centre for use in SEA

Features I want are a camera that's 8 MP or higher. After that I'm not too fussy. Max budget: 200 euros

Must be be brand new, unlocked and ok to use in South East Asia

Argos is your best option ! All phones are sold network unlocked there

Can all Argos phones be used outside the EU? My understanding is that some unlocked phones only work in Europe

Pretty much all phones will be able to used for calls and texts ..

For data however and more specifically 4g that's gonna be individual to each phone

Again 4g access will be determined by what country you're in and what bands they support

Check this site for compatibility, note that some phones are not fully compatible with every frequency on a network.
