Steven Cooper part-time on 98FM?

Does Steven Cooper only work part-time? I listen to Cooper and Luke some mornings and Luke often presents on his own. It's not a case of Cooper taking a sick day (I assume!) as it happens really frequently, so I just wondered if he works part-time.
