Can’t select phone options when calling from abroad

    Hi,

    I’m trying to contact boi and have tried a local branch number as well as the 404 number but I cannot select the in-call options.

    I have tried 2 different phones but still no luck.

    Any ideas?

    We've checked the phone lines here and options are working. Have you tried 00353 140 44000 /00353 56775 7007 ?

    I have tried the numbers and they work its just not selecting the in call options.
    Unfortunately not something that i want to discuss publicly

    Is there anyway you could forward my request for a callback?
