Is fly eye or yellow tint legal on headlights in Ireland? I see it on fog light but never really headlights

Yellow tinted headlights is perfectly legal however it depends on what fly-eye you use. Most only reduce light by maybe 5-10% and so its legal but if its heavier stuff then apart from dulling your lights and the problems arising from it, it may also not be legal.
