Peugeot 206 horn not working

Horn stopped working on Peugeot 206 also seems to be a problem with indicator stalk. Physically have to press down to keep indicator on otherwise indicators will go off. I'm terrible at diy how much would I expect to pay in a garage to get this fixed?

This is a common problem as far as I know, the stalks contain a computer called Comm 2000, and if faulty can lead to all sorts of strange faults. I think the unit new is around €400 but I’ve seen them on adverts for under €100. I think it would take around half an hour for a mechanic to swap. I don’t think they need to hook it up to diagnostics to swap but I’m open to correction on that.
