Who the feck are you talking about exactly. The queen.????.?

yes and I like her, but she has a proper resting b1tchface. Like I do.
It's not "bitchface" as you call it. It's a poker face. I mean like a good constitutional monarchy should be, we know feck all about queen Elizabeth's views on anything. I think that's a good thing. To be honest I felt it was the most normal of the royal weddings(I've only seen two) that I've watched. I'm not British or any way pro monarchy but they seem genuinely in love and I hope it works out for them from a human point of view.

Was Fergie and Spencers not at William's wedding?

I like Harry's wedding more as it felt less formal even Charles looked at ease and happy
The Spencer's were(well his uncle was) but the duchess of York wasn't I don't think. I could be wrong but I don't think.

I felt Diana and her family were mentioned and involved more in this wedding

She was there. I didn't watch the wedding but I watched the guests arriving and she was there. I thought her outfit looked quite good. Wedding outfits for older women are often absolutely awful but I thought hers was quite nice and not frumpy.

This wedding was covered more by the media than Williams wedding I feel.

It might well have gotten a bigger TV audience worldwide as it took place on a Saturday whereas William and Kate's was on a Friday.

Lady Jane Fellowes did the first reading. She is Diana’s oldest sister.

She was there today alright but I'd no idea if she was there for last one.

Am I right in thinking that her daughter(I don't know which one) is getting Married in the same place in 2018 ?

I'm not a fan of the suit style some of the Royals prefer. Perhaps it's due to protocol but rarely would Kate wear a lovely dress to a wedding. Instead it's 'mother of the bride' type of attire.

For whatever it matters I think the royal family handled the whole Meghan issue very well and seemed to treat her mother very well. I mean at the end prince Charles escorted meghans mother out of the church.

This felt a more natural wedding than prince Williams. Now maybe that was because she wasn't British and they wanted to make her feel at home. I don't know what prince Charles said to Meghan half way up but it looked like words of encouragement.

What exactly did fergie do to put her on the black list with the firm ? I mean she seems to have been told to **** off and stay away.

There was the supposed selling of access to Prince Andrew to a tabloid. She was caught on tape discussing it. I do think it odd that she wasn't at William's wedding but there was obviously more senior input in their guest list.

Do you know who the lady in the navy blue dress with the bell sleeves is, she appeared on screen quiet a lot as they entered the church.

Didn't she suck some fellas toes or had some fella suck her toes? After her and Andrew divorced she spent a LOT of time in the tabloids and think she got caught up in some sort of pyramid scheme or scam or something. Too lazy to Google but she seems to have calmed a bit over the last few years.

Right. Well I could see how the top woman might not take kindly to they carry on.

She's a bit of a controversial character. She's had quite a few financial problems and was the subject of a News Of The World sting.

She's also a bit of a media junkie and appeared on dozens of TV shows and reality TV programmes (perhaps seen as something of an attention seeker and embarrassment by the royals....definitely not acting in a reserved or demure manner).

Princess Beatrice, her and Eugenia (the one dressed like a trolley dolly) are Fergie and Andrew’s girls...the ugly sisters...not that they’re ugly, just miss the mark with their fashion choices sometimes. She wore a hat that looked like a diagram of a uterus to Will & Kate’s...great value...

Eugenie has an hourglass figure and her dress didn't suit her at all. She looked much better at Pippa Middleton's wedding last year, but I expect that dress would be considered too low cut for a royal do.

She is next up to be married in October so it will be interesting to see what dress she chooses.

Haven't got a clue but I remember the dress, it was nice. :D I actually have very little interest in the whole thing except for the fashion. I switched off when the ceremony started.

Was it actress Sarah Rafferty, Donna in Suits?

I think you can only be a Princess if you're a daughter born to an heir to the throne. Hence Eugenie, Beatrice and Charlotte are but Zara Phillips isn't.
Edward's daughter isn't a Princess because although he is a Prince he will become Duke of Edinburgh when Philip dies which brings a different set of titles..
It's quite interesting if you're into that sort of thing.

In the UK, only daughters of a prince or King are styled as Princess Firstname. Edward and Sophie's kids also could have been, They requested lesser titles so that their kids would be styled as the children of an earl, come under less public scrutiny and have easier lives. I'm not sure what will happen when he becomes Duke of Edinburgh. Some argue that if James and Louise want to start styling themselves as Prince and Princess they could technically do it even now, but that is debatable.

Incidentally, unless the Queen dies or issues more letters patent Harry and Meghan's kids will not be princes or princesses. That title was supposed to be restricted to the first great grandson of the monarch, but the Queen changed this, so that all of Will and Kate's kids would hold titles.

    That is incorrect.
Princess Anne said that she chose not to give her children, Peter and Zara, Prince and Princeas titles, so that they could have a normal life.

Peter Philips said he was happy that she did this.

Apparently it was old Phil that hates her with a passion. He disliked her from early on but when she started being trashy (by royal standards) that dislike evolved a lot. That exile won't change until Phil and the Queen have died I reckon.

I believe Marks Philips may have been offered a title-I not sure exactly what-but even if he had had accepted it their kids would have been lords and ladies at best, as were Princess Margaret's children. They would not have been princes or princesses as in the UK one must be the son or daughter of a prince or King to be styled as such.

Still think it's weird that Meghan's mother was literally her only family member there. I was totally enraptured by the ceremony but couldn't stop thinking about that.

To most people, family is an integral part of your wedding day. It's probably one of the main reasons why I would want to get married in the first place, if I ever do. To celebrate this new life with your family of all people. I'm sure Meghan was well-aware that this was a different type of wedding where the royal family would take priority, but to not have your own family there to celebrate with you? Her father for one, who seemed to play a fundamental role in raising her?

I feel like this has set a precedent where Meghan will be white-washed in the royal family and the Markles will be totally left behind and forgotten about as part of her history as she moves forward in her new life as a Duchess. Which is really sad when you think about it
