Best GPU for power only from motherboard?

I have a Dell poweredge T20 entry level server (Zeon 1225 v3 16GB ram) that I was going to give my son but he wants a better graphics card than the built in one and I really don't want to go changing PSU's so I'm stuck with the proprietor Dell PSU.

Whats the best card I can get to work in that?

I might change the PSU but I like to see what other options there are first.

Something like the above would be the easiest solution, a GPU that requires no external power source. Measuring the available space inside your case before buying any GPU is also advised.

It's probably this model.
Any GTX 1050 / 1050 Ti should fit & run fine.

Thats it, plenty of room inside, but only 4 SATA power connectors.

This is pretty good and the upper end of what you can do at 75w atm. Comes pre overclocked with a decent cooler.

Asus GTX 1050Ti 4GB Expedition works fine with my old PC, no extra power, and low power consumption, it has auto fan off feature.

Had a few options but went with this one just in case it doesn't work as I know Amazon are good about returns.

Looks like your case (Dell poweredge T20) is a generic size, it will fit you don't have to worry about low pro video card.

The case is huge, but a really long card might not fit as the memory is not far behind the pci-e x16 slot.

It's a tiny card. 174mm x 111.15mm just older size of a mouse, check the page he give you, you can see th pics.
