How much to build a two storey 220m2 house on a site?

    Hi we’ve spotted a site with full planning permission in county Cork that allows to build a two storey 220m2 house and a detached garage.

    The site has only the mains water service.

    How much does it need to build from zero, including getting everything ( the waste water, electricity, boardbrand etc. ) get sorted???

    Is prefabricated house a cheaper way to go??
