I get the frustration, but yy mind boggles a little that you assume its a scam by Tesco. I mean you go straight to suspecting fraud?

i highly recommend you contact the reps on boards & ask them to investigate.

Follow the complaints procedure & request a refund of fees since the 1st time you told them of the issue, if it turns out to be a tesco issue.
