I see AUDI A5 2.0 TDI S LINE in wexford ,134,000 km ,2010 ,2litre, he asking for 9,995euro private seller ,would I get the price down more ? is it a good buy \? what would the insurance be like ?

Nobody here can tell you what insurance will be like as insurance is based on the person insuring it as well as other factors. It could be cheap for me but expensive you.

As for asking price, only the seller knows if they are willing to drop the price or not but there should always be a bit of wiggle room in negotiations. Compare prices of similar cars being sold elsewhere and also compare how much it would cost you to import the exact same car from the UK for. That should give you an idea where prices are.
