    Hadn't done any training since Friday. Felt crap over weekend. No get up and go. Went training this morning. Super tough but feeling great after it. Feeling much more energised and ready to get stuff done. Great for the body and mind

    I'm on the sofa. First time to sit today. House is scrubbed. Lazy dinner for tonight so I just have to stick it on 30 mins before eating. Time to relax now.

    Was reading the paper inside and wondering why I hadn't put a match to the fire. Now I'm heading in to a brightening garden for a preview of what may need doing tomorrow. I'll switch the heating on as I head out.

    Got my child's 6 month blood works back, her coeliac test has gone from 132 to 21 !
    Because her stomach gurgles quite a I thought that I wasn't doing things correctly...very happy that the tests prove otherwise
