When I make two slices of toast I lean them against each other, like /\ , so they don't go soggy. Is that weird? Have never seen anyone else do it but makes sense to me!! Mmmmmm, crunchy toast.

I also prefer cold toast where the butter doesn't melt :)

    <3 toast

I'm an even number guy aswell. What annoys me about myself though is my shoes have to be equal tightness. Sometimes I have to undo and redo my laces several times before leaving home. Does my head in.

I also prefer cold toast and I love the burnt bits that other people cut off their slices with a mountain of butter.

I count the letters in people's names and love when they are multiples of five.

I put my toast in the fridge for a few minutes after toasting to cool them quicker :D

Same on the even number thing even the date I'm getting married had to be nice and even.
I like to make a clicking sound with my nails
beside my ear right, then left then right again. Some thin plastic cards are great for the right 'ping' sound too.
I won't walk on 3 drains (common enough).
When i plug out the iron/ hair straighter/ oven I say it out loud to myself to try remember but ill still check it again about 6 times before leaving the house.

I say "hello Mr Magpie" three times to every single magpie I see. That's not weird at all though is it. If I'm in company (extremely rarely since I say hello to magpies) I still say it, I just mumble it under my breath.

Oh well, give me an easy life and a peaceful death.

I do that! I used to try and hide it but there's a nest outside my office window! I just go with it!

I'm the complete opposite. I have to butter it when it's hot and I like when it's soggy :D

I love washing by hand (clothes included).

I put my phone onto the window ledge, put on (usually) Joe Rogan and get stuck into the dishes.. Usually followed by giving the floors a good sweep, then bleach & detol to wash everything (floors, banisters etc).
I open my recycle bin and cut everything into tiny pieces because I think its saving space

you should run a single's club.

teach all those singleton's how to please women.
    it really is that simple^
    :D

when any teddy is left on the sofa at nighttime, I put it away not just tidying, but because I genuinely think it will be "lonely" there all night without all it's "friend's" lol

Check the front door is locked about 5 times before heading off.

    Volume at an even number.

Items are not touching each other in the dishwasher.

I do this with toasted sandwiches. Nothing worse than a soggy toasted sandwich.

I made my bed the other morning and didn't realise a bear had fell on the floor and was there all day.

Felt so guilty and still do tbh.

    I'm 48!!!!!

    :D I can imagine.

jnr brings teddies to school a lot of the time.
sometimes I'm sorting his bag on a monday morning and realize 'someone' had been left in the bag all weekend, alone:(

I hate salt on chips but can't have potatoes without it.

If I do the lotto, when choosing the numbers, i do it in multiples of four or the number must contain that digit!

I even feel a bit iffy about sharing that in the event that someone takes my irrational method, uses it and wins what should be my money since I don't do the lotto that often :/:)

I worked in a shop once that sold teddies amongst many other things. When I was bagging them, I'd always make sure they were sitting up, with their heads near the top of the shopping bag so that they could breathe.

If I notice a pair of socks at the back of my drawer that haven't been worn in a while, I'll make sure to choose them next so that they get an outing and don't feel bad.

Wow, typing this out has made me realise I'm mental! :D

hehe. Brilliant; there's definitely a psychological report in the making on how many of us adults interact with teddy bears!

    I just lol'd at that^:D.

funny enough now that you mention it, I do that sock thing too:eek:.
daytime I only ever wear white ankle socks. sometimes black, if it's with black shoes.
In the evenings though, I wear colourful socks.
so some days, some sock's don't get as much attention as other's, and I actually think about that:o

I don't wash my face very often especially with soap. I have my whole life been told I look way way younger than I actually am and I have put this down to the non-use of both washing my face on a regular basis and especially for not buying into hygiene products. Whenever I meet a person I don't know and I tell them what age I am, it's almost universally met with shock.

I actually hate showering, I hate bathrooms, I just hate being in them for a start, not to mention the way they are so badly designed, when most bathrooms don't have enough shelving in them to hold all the cleaning products, and if they do they are so small they keep falling off and I hate all that feeling slippery stuff. The only good shower I don't mind using is the one in my local gym.

I know with some ppl if you tell them you don't shower every day they think your a filthy pig but I don't feel that with myself ever. I don't sweat particularly from day to day, the only time I do feel it, it's after exercising. I can't understand why ppl are happy to get into the shower in the morning - there is noting I'd rather not do than have a shower first thing in the morning, and I think rather than me being odd, there are so many ppl who are very strange indeed concerning all this constant daily showering, sometimes twice or 3 times a day, as I understand ppl do.

Not to turn this in to another hygiene thread but I have to shower every morning. It wakes me up, makes me feel fresh and to be honest, I couldn't leave the house without one.

I have a shower at the same time every evening, and I go to bed at the same time every evening. Even if I’m in the middle of watching something I’ll record it and head to bed.

I have to eat toast butter side on my tongue.
Same with chocolate biscuits, chocolate side down. It tastes better.

My mother won't leave remote controls on the couch in case they slide down the side and somehow catch fire. They have to be on the mantle.

Your mam is right! If they fall down the side of the sofa and there is constant pressure on one of the buttons it can catch fire! My friend's house went on fire when we were kids (not because of that) and the fire brigade told her that is a common thing apparently!
