Calculating required battery / pv

I havent bought equipment yet, (other than the fridge, im going to run it on EH for now) Trying to get my head around what i need pv and battery wise for camping. if you hang a 100W panel expect to average 300Wh a day seasonally.
300Wh = 25Ah

Know your daily expected loads.

Battery size = (((daily loads - solar input) x days of autonomy required) x 2) + 20%
