Earl's MOTM based on that 20seconds and 3 tackles

    Scannell's been poor as well.

Amazing passage of play in defence from Earls.

Says it all about Munster so far. Embra are good solid side. A better team would have been more clinical and Munster would be chasing the game

Earls th best player on the munster side by miles. Hidalgo Clyde twice caught now with ball in hand mid pass

  • Unable to watch, doesn't seem a very good performance so far?

This is extremely poor with the exception of a few lads. Do they realise this is the end of the season if they lose? Some of the kicks from midfield have been awful.

It's entertaining enough. Been some nice line breaks but both teams not clinical at all. Munster players either brilliant or terrible or both in James Cronins case.

Think so, I'd take zebo off and sweetnam on for him, zebo done very little.

Frustrating. At least Munster attempted to take them on more in the later part of the first half but the errors.

That Edinburgh defensive line is very offside.

    This is desperate stuff

Jaysus that was an awful half from us. I actually felt better after the first half in Bordeaux!!!

That last passage pretty much summed up the half. Edinburgh with a knock on under little pressure. Munster go through a few phases including a ruck where they didn't have a clue what was happening involving Stander eventually taking it on before Munster spill under no pressure.

I'd get Holland off at a HT, leave Grobler run amok again.

Munster have been gifted the 7 points, haven't come within an arses roar since then.

Same from Munster. Nigel always ignores this, very frustrating

Munster try a bit of a gift and Edinburgh have seriously blown some chances. Need a big first 15 here, same as start of first half.

    Both sides offside all day.

    That was absolute muck

Didn’t think we could be poorer than last week but it’s happenig.
Why on earth are we kicking so much ball away? We had a 2 on 1 with one simple pass 20m from the line and scannel kicks it away, it’s pathetic.

Very poor standard on display today considering the conditions being perfect.

The lack of basic skills like passing and catching are so lacking.

If Munster continue with this style of play they need to go back to a big guy at 12 to get them over the gain line.

Scannell despite being a decent player is no good in that 12 position.

Munster could really do with a couple of big signings in the summer.

Kilcoyne/Cronin never convince at LH or are injured a lot of the time.
The 2nd row also needs someone and even the backrow could do with another 6/8.

Munster don't attack well. We've known this for a while now. At their best they play very direct in the gainline with a solid scrum and strong rolling maul. But when they play a side that matches them up front Munster look very poor. They don't have an attacking patterns that use their backs and no strike moves by the looks of it either.

It's a pity Taute didn't make the bench. His go forward would be a good addition. Arnold has been quiet.

It's a problem when your two most in form players are on the wing. Hard to get them involved

Edinburgh very dangerous in the counter attack and it's only a matter of time before they get through for a try. Too much kicking and too much falling off tackles - fingers and everything else crossed for a better second half.

Especially when the ball has been kicked away before it’s come within 30m of you
