    Sterling or Sane ?

Sterling seems to be more integral to Pep's plans, plus he's the one in better form. :)

Will he be rested though? Sane and Silva have missed out the last couple of games, I'd triple captain him if I knew he would play both games

Who's more likely to play both games out of Gundogan and Fernandinho?

    Fernandinho 100%

    Cheers, thought so.

Anyone know whether Van der Hoorn is likely to drop out with Fernandez back for Swansea.

Are we due a City presser today?

I should know better than to listen to Pep's lies, but that's another matter

Have an actual bench dilemma. Maguire v PVA.

Maguire has two ok games at home. PVA just the one. PVA is PVA. Leicester are dire. BUT I think after that hammering they will play better with them playing in front of paying home fans. But PVA is PVA.

Anyone who doesn't have a PVA crush have a thought? I think the guy with two games ultimately makes sense.

As you said on the other thread, Maguire is the sensible option. Whether sense or fun is your current driving factor is another matter.

Simpson will play imo. The experiment with Albrighton at right back looks to be over.

He is suspended anyway and got an extra game on top

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 15,267 ✭✭✭✭manual_man

My guess is Dragovic plays (again) one game at right back. And Simpson plays one. I'm playing Bauer ahead of Simpson. I don't expect Leicester to keep a CS in either game anyway

I still have Morgan and am expecting a points tally of zero from him, regardless of how many games he may or may not play! :pac:

Jeez, I have a name :pac:

Although I'm currently trying to decide on whether to sell PVA for a Doubles guy or not. Stoke are likely to throw the kitchen sink at Palace, which means they'll probably score....BUT.....more likely to leave gaps at the back too :)

    Palace will concede alright

Yup, and probably to Crouch as well seeing as one of my chasers-but-not-really-a-chaser-as-he's-too-far-behind-me-to-be-considered-a-chaser has him in his team.

I’ve taken a -4 this week already and now I see Chilwell and Simpson are both injured! Great!

    Start Dummett or Ogbonna?

Simpson isn't showing up as injured on the site?

Probably Ogbonna. Rafa apparently said that he'll be rotating etc meaning a weaker side and thus potentially less chance of clean sheets?

Not too much between them really though! :pac:

He is. Orange flagged. 50% chance of making it for the second game is probably what you can take from it

Hey, we have a prize for the highest gameweek in the league (less transfer deductions). Is there an easy way to check - there are 30 in the league so would take a while to scan through each players gameweek history....

Would really need to be keeping a spreadsheet record all the way through
There is no way to check other than go through each gameweek

Would it not be handy enough going through the gameweek history part of each page?

England cricketer Stuart Broad was the top scorer in FPL this week. Described it as one of his greatest sporting achievements :D

BBC are lapping it up! Would be interesting to hear where he genuinely ranked it given what he's achieved.

Right lads I’m looking for advise on how to play this
    DeGea (Wat- rested for Romero)
    Ryan (pool)
    Chilwell (injured Spurs)
    Simpson (injured Spurs)
    Mariappa (United dropped last match)
    Lowton (Bou)
    Dummet (Chelsea)
    Salah (Bri)
    Willian (Newcastle )
    Pogba (Wat)
    Sterling (Sou)
    Gudmonson (Bou)
    Barnes (injured Bou)
    Kane (Leicester)
    Jesus (Sou)

I’ve a 21 point lead and 1 Ft in my main money league. I’m not sure what team to play or what transfers to do so some help be great please lads

His squad is currently with 1 Ft
    De Gea Foster
    Robertson lacessles Davies Zanka Frances
    Salah Pogba Willian Sterling Kennedy

Start DDG in case he plays - will either start or not play so Ryan can sub in
Transfer is whichever of above you have most value on to a playing defender - maybe Fuchs ?

    Captain Salah

Bench Barnes & whichever of above 2 you don't sell

That's tricky. Alot to contend with especially in defense. Pogba may not play also. I think you should be looking at a -4 anyway. Pogba to Arnie Chilwell to Robertson off the top of my head.

    Thinking of starting DDG ya,

I’ve 1.3 itb and 4.3 sell value on Chilwell and Simpson

    Salah as captain aswell ya
