Avensis windows not working

Hi i have an 2006 1.6 toyota avensis all the windows wont go down also the central locking system is not working but will work on the key . I have checked the 4 20amp window fuses under the steering column and are fine i also changed the handset window switch in drivers seat side to no avail . Any advice would be great .

Have you checked the loom in the door for frays?

Yep sure have all wiring in loom looks ok visually
