Only receiving German channels

Hi i have a revez hdts850 combo box thats giving me hassle. I put the dish up and tuned it myself yesterday and i get 89% signal intensity and 76% signal quality when I check 10773mhz 22000ks/s H which iv read is where most of the English channels are broadcast from eutelsat 28A.

I did a search and found 100s of English channels but they all said no signal but also 100s of German channels which all play perfect.

I have an ariva 153 box aswell which has the same problem but the English channels say encrypted on it.

So on the revez i restored factory settings and deleted the channel list and scanned again and now I'm only finding German channels. Am I pointed at the wrong satellite or what's going on?
