Meditation in Limerick

    Just wondering, does anybody know anyplace that does meditation for beginners in Limerick city or surrounding area?
    I've googled, but not really getting any concrete information. Not looking for a 'retreat' for €500, just some classes.

    Actually I probably meant more mindfulness than meditation,, but that general area.

    There is a Buddhist meditation centre on Henry street. Info here

    Mindfulness is a different kettle of fish and probably best accessed through Limerick mentalh Health

    Limerick city library - every Tuesday evening 6-7m. Free to join.

    I've looked into that one but there are undertones of religion/cult there which I'm definitely not interested in.
