Herbalife is a serious pyramid scheme isn't it?
Big too, if I recall correctly they sponsor a few MLS teams in the States

Pretty much & yes. Seems kerry is looking to enter a few more poor souls to the pyramid below her and reap the rewards

I assume she will be getting a full, unchallenged 20 minutes on The Late Late Show to peddle this nonsense.

Not sure but she was looking for a hotel to put her up for free in Dublin on her Instagram with the promise of press showing up

    Balls.

I know a mate is part of the herbal life franchise, and he's doing quite good for himself. (He's been in it since early on, and recruited a few of our other friends)

He's a few lads beneath him, and they're doing not bad either, not as good as him right enough, but not bad at all.

Then I have another few friends connected to the other lads, who say they are just about breaking even, (even though they're putting in the hours etc, etc)

But then my other 6 mates in fairness say they're making shag all from it, in fact they're out of pocket as is.

P1sses me off when I hear people describing it as a "pyramid scheme" when I personally know 3 mates out of 10 involved in it who're doing not too bad from it.

Wow. Sounds legit. Any chance of a PM with details? Definitely not a pyramid scheme...... sounds more like a trapezoid scheme.

I thought this was a pyramid scheme or the more elusive trapezoid scheme! 😉.

Only dumb people fall for it, which explains why she’s is now involved I guess.

    Kerry Katona. Terenure. Herbalife

Three things i did not expect to be saying today

Looking aside the new low set by Kerry, its very irresponsible to be peddling this horseshwhich is more about emptying your pockets rather than health and weight loss

Search youtube for John Olivers thoughts on herbalife, if you've a spare hour watch 'Betting on Zero' on Netflix for a more in depth expos

    Ad on adverts:
    http://www.adverts.ie/15286964

This is how she lost the weight, nothing to do with Herbalife:
In an interview Kerry said doctors removed four and a half litres of fat from her body during the procedure. Kerry explained: “I was a dress size 14 and I'm an 8 now.

“I've lost three stone, from 12-and-a-half stone to nine-and-a-half stone.”

At the time, she tweeted: "Well I’ve been recovering from having a s**t load of lipo!! #dontjudge!! 5 kids and all!! And a mini tummy tuck!Just a kick up the a**e x."

    Liposuction.

Hey dude, as requested please see pm.

Basically - you buy yourself into the franchise, and you will begin as a bottom seller, with 5 other co workers.

Once you get another 5 resellers, you move up to the next tier where you will then have 4 co workers, and this process is repeated until you find yourself at the top of the pyramid I mean triangle.

Pm me back asap as we are currently doing a special one off offer.

Sweet, thanks for cutting me in. I'm glad I acted quickly. I hope you accept Western Union. I will transfer all fees due to the scheme from my account in Nigeria. Happy days.

It's horseshìt certainly, but I wouldn't classify it as irresponsible. They aren't marketing an idea without giving people the choice as to whether or not they wish to be involved.

By your definition of irresponsible, Apple are being irresponsible in marketing shiny turds masquerading as portable communication and media devices. Actually by your standard of irresponsible, every company in the world are being irresponsible if they aren't willing to inform their potential customers of the potentially negative consequences of those people exercising their freedom of choice in availing of a product or service.

I could understand why that strategy might be considered irresponsible in terms of the pharmaceutical industry, but with a product or service where the potential customer has more of a choice in the matter, I would think it would be irresponsible of them not to do their own investigation into the product or service on offer.

How is promoting a pyramid scheme anything but irresponsible? Lives are devastated by mlm/pyramid schemes; and usually the promoters target the vulnerable with promises of big riches

All these schemes need are 2 ingredients to work for the guys/girls at the top. Idiots and greed, there is an abundance of both.

I remember this crap from years ago. I was sitting in a local pub, when the guy beside me starts harping on about this great new thing called Herbalife. It appeared to be a constant sell sell sell, with promises of wealth and success. Being of an older generation, it reminded me of a time in the mid 90s when an asshole wanted to fly me to Manchester to listen to a sales pitch that would make me rich. That was an absolute Pyramid scheme which burned a lot of people in Ireland. I guess its been reinvented somewhat.

Anyway, the Herbalife eejit tried to convince me I would become very rich. However he drove a 10 year old car with cheap Vistaprint, "Herbalife" magnetic signs on the door panels. Now he was either hiding his riches or just full of ****. I chose the full of **** option. I reckon I was right.

Girl from an English council estate.

    Was in a girl band.

Married and had a couple of children with "pop flop" Brian McFadden.

Won "I'm a celebrity" or something back in 2003 or 2004.

Was Irelands newly adopted favourite daughter and the toast of the town.

Then like in typical "you can take the girl out of the council estate but you cannot take the council estate out of the girl" fashion she spirled into everything one would expect from a girl from a English council estate.
