Threw in a couple of croquettes for good measure.

Lentil and kidney bean chilli. Smokey and spicy, I threw some dark chocolate in for good measure and it's just gorgeous. And costs probably €4 for a full slow cooker of the stuff.
Served with baked potato, natural yoghurt and jalapeños. Sorely tempted to open a bottle of Bombay sapphire I'm saving for a rainy day.

Well used to it by now, key is to get some exercise in today, it tends to banish the demons and tire me out. Be grand tomorrow!

    Had 3 boiled eggs.

Got a walk and swim done. Didn't go mad on the food front all weekend. Made it for others though.

Beef stir fry and rice. Still have the demons. Be gone tomorrow. Pack bags and head off to a week of hotels and work.

I love staying in hotels but sometimes I find not having a kitchen is tough especially when you've the late night munchies.

    "Lasagna"

I have it "" because it's lentil marinara not beef and cottage cheese not bechemel so if I claim it to be actual lasagna I may find myself in trouble.

It did contain pasta made by my own, and toddlers, fair hands. So not actual lasagna, but tasty none the less.

On my travels in the south east. Hotel Bar. Stop number one.

Just ordered. This is how the menu describes it. Battered Cod, Chunky Fries, Tartare sauce, Lemon and Side Salad. Dessert is Apple and Blackberry Crumble with Custard and Vanilla Ice cream.

A pint of milk with it.
