Forget about yesterday. Total madness in the sun! Today I had bacon, beans and eggs for breakfast at 10am. A Pork chop and chips at 2pm. Since then nothing and I'm reaching the point of hunger now!

It's good to talk. I'm picking at a jar of black olives and drinking cider.

That is an odd but interesting combination!

I bought a box of coconut chai. I've never tried chai before because I've only ever seen it in Starbucks etc. If I'm spending stupid money on a hot drink there better be caffeine and chocolate in it. But the box was less than €3 in Aldi so I said I'd try.
It's a gorgeous drink! It is creamy and slightly spiced and sweet. I'm going to pick up a few more boxes.

So yeah, I sound like a dick but I'm having an almond milk coconut chai latte.

If I'm spending stupid money on a hot drink there'd better be honey, lemon and cloves in it with a double powers to counter the tang of the lemon ;) I'm probably giving too much away here but I've been addicted to olives since I was a kid I often carry a jar of them around :o There's another thread on the go about people eating on public transport. I was giving out about some wanker that eats tuna and onion sambos on a standing room only train. I think I might have outed myself as the guy with the olives now. Balls. On the upside, if tuna wanker reads this he'll have a gawk at me, size up the situation, realise I'm olive wanker and wisely wait until he gets off the train to tuck into his intrusive, bizarre breakfast choice. Somebody has to step up to the plate and deal with the tyrant.

Tuna wanker and the olive bastard - wanted for crimes against the general travelling public.

Just had a half bag of chips. Husband flew off the handle over nothing this evening and must be feeling guilty because he stomped out and returned an hour later with a bag.
Some women get apology flowers, some apology jewellery. I get an apology bag of chips that I have to share. :D

Apple and rhubarb juice. Seemed an odd mix to me but it's very refreshing.

Brisk walk demands I now break out the biscuits - chocolate digestives and bourbons - with a couple of mugs of Java.
