    Beef in Ginger and Spring onion or scallions if you're like me. They'll always be scallions! Easier recipe that I thought. Steamed some rice. Enjoyed it!

    Too tired to cook, dratted dark wet cold weather. Had poached egg and toast earlier thanks to cbyrd! So just tinned rice pudding, last oatie and coffee..
