03 206 175K, sell or scrap?

Any hope of me moving a 15 year old Peugeot 206 with 175K miles on it?
Car is mechanically sound. NCT til August, but long motorway stretches forced me to upgrade.

Fuel gauge is gone, I've been basing my fills on average MPG for over 6 months and I never ran dry! Could grab a fuel pump gauge combo from a scrappers fairly handy but is it worth it?

Car was well looked after and always got what it needed, apart from fuel gauge, but at that age and mileage am I realistically just looking at scrapping?

I had planned on holding on to it and giving it away to friend/family that was looking to start driving but I'm moving house soon and it doesn't look like ill have the space to store it.

Try selling it for a while. If it doesn't work out just scrap it. If NCT is up in August, hold out on advertising it until it's within 90 days of NCT and put it through.

Very few people would buy a car at that age and for the minimal price if they anticipate having to do bit of work with it (fuel gauge), only for it to fail NCT and have to do more.

It’s worth feck all as scrap, so sell for slightly more than that. I’d imagine it’d sell handy enough for €300.
