Height of referendum posters.

Is there a minimum height at which referendum posters must be hung? I thought I saw a rule quoted on some thread but can't find it. I looked at the litter act but could find no reference.

There is, iirc the bottom corner has to be at least 2m off the ground. Will try to find a link. It's not specific to referendum posters but any posters erected on street poles
