Dinner! Boiled potatoes, white cabbage, and some tinned tuna for protein.. Was hot , then I got sidetracked by guess-who, and thank heavens for the microwave and enough cooked for tomorrow

    Totally stuffed now!

And I realised that that was not a frozen Christmas dinner yesterday. I did not get the electrictiy on here until January 14th ( from September 8th when I arrived.. I think I decided to make a real Easter Christmas dinner ! It was very very good...

    Why? Are you OK?

Well, a treat that has been waiting a while! Bought a rather lovely steamed jam sponge with raspberry jam from Tesco way back, and had a carton of ready made custard... a couple of microwave minutes.. half left for the morrow.. real comfort food. ;)

Peckish. I don't know for what....fridge, freezer and cupboard checks haven't helped. Cream cracker and jam perhaps but it's not filling me with excitement.

Went to the chipper Saturday night, absolutely demolished it when I got home :o

Srameen, cup of tea and a few biscuits would be just the ticket

    Mars bar and a cuppa

Was hungry but lazy and the only stuff I knew I had in the house was "dinner ingredients". You know, things I'd have to put effort into. A little check turned up a frozen wrap, onion and peppers which I fried, cheese, half an avocado and a sad few jalapenos at the bottom of a jar. It was delicious!

Took your suggestion after the crackers and jam, minus the tea. A few biscuits.

    Still peckish though.

    Mars bar and a cuppa

Ooooh that would really hit the spot now. Have a massive oatmeal cookie from a nice bakery. Will have that shortly with a big cup of Barry's tea.

    Mars bar and a cuppa

Now I know what I was peckish for.....and I haven't a Mars Bar in the house.

I know it won't be the same when I buy one in the morning.
