Screen repair options S8

    Hi.

    Stupidly I dropped my S8 today and the screen is cracked.
    I dont have insurance and bought the phone around October last year.

    What are my options and what does this forum recommend ?

    I assume Galaxy S8?

    Looks expensive to repair, with parts costing $283.60.

    Maybe cheaper on aliexpress but parts might not be as good of quality.

    DIY Job looks complicated.

    Any luck with this? Just got quoted 300 euro in stephens green in Dublin, madness!!

    What about selling it "as is" and buying a new one?
    Might cost a bit more, but the price has dropped recently eg on Amazon.

    Anyhow might be worthwhile looking into.
