New car list price discount levels?

Hi Folks, I'm just wondering what level of discount is typically achievable on a new car? I assume that the make/model/popularity of the car will all be factors here (car – Peugeot 5008 GT Line 1.6HDI Auto)? Also, what discount is typical for a 181 demo vehicle (same car – between 2000/3000km on clock)? Thanks.

10-12% discount
I bought skoda superb few years ago got slightly above 11% discount and they offered me finance as well but had money already sorted.

Forgot to say I rang every dealer in Dublin and as I rang dealers further down the country the bigger the discounts . Bought from skoda in Newport great to deal with at the time. Got no discounts in Dublin 3-6% discounts Kildare westmeath laois.
