Hung in and took it well when it presented itself.
Stockdale starting to get typecast. :D

Good result. But if I was Dwayne Peel I'd be worried about my job.

Sometimes you just need to grind it out. Not great quality but the win is all important.

Mattie Rea is getting better with every game.

In replay, that was a stinker of a pass from Biggar. It was forward for a start. Don't think there was any intended target either and it was a lazy, indecisive flop of a ball. It deserved to be punished.

Full team performance! destroying rucks and tackling hard. If only they had this want all season.
Looking good at tighthead. Kane and O'Toole really could set us up for the long term future.
Rea also impressed tonight and deserved MOTM, a full pre-season and push on next season and he could nail down blindside.

Prepare for bad news tomorrow Re. Jackson & Olding

The IRFU are making an announcement in it tomorrow. I'm assuming you've heard some rumours as to how it will go?

Sadly I've heard Vodafone have put the pressure on and said to give them the boot.

I honestly would like to see Timoney and Stockdale in a 60m sprint.

Timoney has unreal pace. Could he potentially look at a move out wide similar to someone like Banahan?

UAFC suggesting all they are gone. Unclear if that is all three or just Olding and Jackson.

UAFC rational is pretty good also! As in loose ends meaning they’ve been told but waiting on pay offs being agreed.

Shame we can celebrate a great game then IRFU can destroy it all tomorrow.

Yeah that was my take. It will be interesting to see the IRFU statement when it comes.

And how they intend to replace three international backs!

It would be very harsh on Gilroy, was not even involved as far as I know, makes me worried about anything that I just reply to now. Perhaps more information will come out from the review.

I’ve heard paddy & olding are, from semi reliable source who kept me up to date on court! Just think all three would go rather than two. Hope my source is wrong!!!!

But back to tonight’s game and enjoy what little triumph we have! Really do have a young core of players starting to build.

    A great shame

As I think most here would agree, this is not a "rugby problem" its a societal one
Hanging these players out to dry is not going to do much to resolve the issue, it just sweeps it away from the IRFUs doorstep for now

Find it very hard to listen to BOI talk ****e about core values. truth is they are scared of negative kick back and what it means for the bottom line.

It is such a sad day for rugby. Have no words to adequately explain the loss I feel

I had really hoped that a deal could be reached but realistically that is just not possible in the present clime.

A good day for Ulster rugby today so hopefully you can build from here.

If it's any consolation Francie, my workmate got nearly 13 grand off them recently after taking him off his tracker mortgages illegally.
    Truly are pillars of society.

IRFU have started to leak it, the press association have said they're both leaving.

Yes true, but this is how companies operate. They do not care for any law or rule or moral code. All that matters is the bottom line. If they can make more money breaking the law than they will get fined then they will do just that - as we've all seen over the years.
They are not moral entities, they do not care about any of that - unless it affects profits. I'm sure the people with plenty of time on their hands to tweet all day have been sending in a huge amount of threats to the sponsors to get PJ and SO off the team.
As someone said earlier it is a societal issue, won't be fixed today or tomorrow as it needs an entire culture to change drastically - no one his the vision for what it should change to, there is no road or path to follow just wishy-washy language.
