I have one of these at home (about 4 foot wide). There is an iron bar in the middle of it. Someone told me that I could attach a chain either side of this roller and I could then attach the roller to the drawbar of the tractor, anyone seen this being done?

Also If I got a second concrete roller is there a cheap way of attaching the 2 to the tractor ie take in 8 foot wide rather than 4 foot.

I want to use it to roll in the oats for the birdseed, is this roller good enough/ heavy enough for that

    https://www.krigger.com/KriggerRollers/index.htm

More likely a gang of 3 with the two outside ones attached to the middle one.

If the seat's wet, sit on yer hat, a cool head is better than a wet ar5e.

Useless info I know, but I coukdntbhelp but think of so.eo e following a horse around a field after this implement..

A 7 acre square field would have taken 90 runs to complete...imagine facing back up the same run 90 times!!!!

And to complete the field he would have walked 16.5 miles..

No need for meditation time..that's for sure..

My dad's uncle used to reckon there was 11 miles walking to plough an acre with a horse and single furrow plough
