Teaching in Northern Ireland with Irish Qualifications?

I’m going to Maynooth University to get a degree in Science Education. After 5 years I will have a BSc in Education and a PME which will bring me up to a level 9. If after graduating I couldn’t find work in Ireland, or I found a good opportunity elsewhere, would it be possible to teach in Northern Ireland / Mainland UK…

No you should be fine. Register with the General teaching council for Northern Ireland and they'll help you get enhanced clearance (vetting). Much smoother process than in the republic.
