Wall mounted thermostatic bidet spray with exposed pipework

Have been looking for these and can’t find them high nor low. Any ideas on where? The regular suppliers obviously don’t sell much.
To be clear I want to tee off the hot and cold from a sink into a thermostatic valve.
The only ones I can find have recessed fittings so the pipework doesn’t show (hidden behind the wall), but since I am adding mine to an old bathroom ripping the walls isn’t an option. I dont really care how it looks, just want it working.
Have emailed a good few suppliers and can’t believe they do not stock this type
