Purchased online with a debit card but item never arrived.

Hi, i made a purchase online from a uk retailer using my BOI visa/debit card but there is a few problems:

1, the item did not arrive. 2,the amount deducted from my account was 50 pounds more than authorized.
3, i cannot make contact with with retailer via phone/email/social media to get a resolution

Is there anything i can do to get this money back?

The payment may qualify for a chargeback request. To raise this, please print and complete the Visa Debit Transaction Dispute form here and return it by post to the address printed on the form.
