I fully expect the undertones of bitterness, disappointment and barely-suppressed outrage from the feminazis of RTE to trickle through the afternoon's agenda.

    Well, there's a surprise.

rte will have to get the funeral music out now for their feminist friends

    RTE newscaster unverbalised thought train.
"I mean, the jury had all the evidence and STILL found them not guilty. I mean, what is wrong with them?"

Don't think they were hounded, anything I read/ heard seemed to be well balanced

I suspect it was a shag of regret, leading to a frivolous accusation.

Ffssss Journal.ie had daily repeats of the events that occurred, other papers as well. It suited the media to keep it in the limelight.

Not sure this show should be talking about anything like this anymore, versatis patches, 1916 deaths, illness's is far more its level of topics now

    "Interesting; shocking."

Look, if the woman threw herself at a famous rugby player for a primitive rut, then regretted it and tried to bring him down, she's a tart and a tramp and should be outed so everybody knows to treat her warily.

    In camera.

Cause that's Never led to lads constitutional rights getting violated.

Fuk me these lads are found innocent and the press is raging.

Sweet jebus this reporter is a joke. A jury of their peers has found them not guilty (or innocent) whichever you prefer, that should be that. Its a sad case with no winners at all as far as I can see. The stuff on twitter at the minute is actually scary. (and I'm a woman).

And one that took on a whole energy of it's own, once it was made. Be interesting to see what comes about as regards the quality of the PSNI investigation.

The media commenting on clothing in a courtcase.....
    A la Catherine Nevin.

The media are responsible for all of the 'hype around the case' that they later complain about.
    Parasitic self soothing reporting....
