Calls over VOIP on Fibre & Calls bundle?

    I'm considering signing up to the 'Broadband, Unlimited Mobile & UK calls' bundle but noticed this in the description:

    Make and receive calls to/from your landline via your mobile, smartphone or laptop

    Does that mean all calls are routed over VOIP instead of the PSTN?

    If so, VOIP would not be suitable for my setup so would it be possible to sign up to this bundle with calls over the PSTN for the same price?

    This service would be delivered over a landline connection, it wouldn't be over a VOIP service. Our sales team on 1800 503 303 will be able to advise you on all and explore all options with you.
