Both are the same television, some places put the B on the end which is the full model as listed on Panasonic's website. Others seem to leave it off for some reason.
Panasonic have only manufactured one version of the 50EX700b for the UK and Ireland market.

Its currently priced at £499.00 with £6.99 shipping and also includes our 6 year guarantee free of charge.
